I want to learn... (Homework)

I am a member of a dance club, and I will make a performance for Christmas Party next month, Dec. 21. For the performance, I will use some music, so I have to connect them smoothly and nicely. However, I don’t know how to do it on the computer. So far, I can make only simple connection, and it is very boring. Moreover I can save it only on MD not CD-R, and it is problem because the music player at the party can only read CD. I’m wondering if I could make wonderful connection between music and save it on CD-R. It must make our performance more and more better. Therefore, I really want to learn how to edit music.

W31SAII : Homework

Recently, I bought a new cell phone. It is W31SAII produced by au. The best reason why I bought it was that it can import music from computer. However, after I brought back it to my home, I realized I didn’t have very important item!! I had to buy miniSD card to import music. It was a big problem because I couldn’t import music without it. Therefore, I went Bic Camera again, and bought miniSD card that can carry 28 songs. The card cost 3,000 yen, and it was more than I expected. Then, I finally could import music to the cell phone. Today, I enjoyed listening my favorite music by my cell phone. It very useful tool!! I recommend you to buy it and enjoy music.

Future Computer

Today, computer is greatly developed, and it’s helping us everyday. Although it seems good enough, it is still continuing to develop. I think computer will be developed more and more in the future. In my guess, computer will be able to communicate with people well. There is already a robot pet, so I think it is possible to make a study teaching computer. It is a machine that helps us to study. When we have a difficulty, we ask it, and it teaches us using a voice like a real teacher. Because it is a computer, it is possible to teach using pictures, movies or music on the Internet. It also gives us extra information like a web page that may help our study. It must be very useful tool for students.

Beyond My Expectation

From November 3 to 5, I made a dance stage in my second University as a member of a dance club. It was last stage for third year members, and we did our best for the members. The last stage was emotional; a lot of people came to see our performance, and some of members cried with impression. After the performance, we hold a party. We gave a presents to the third year choreographers, and to my surprise, they also gave a letter to each of us. I got 5 letters from respectable choreographers, and I was very glad. It must be very hard work to write a lot of letters for all of us. There were moving and thoughtful words in the letters. I felt that it was a correct way to choose the dance club. When I entered the club, my expectation was only dancing. I didn’t expect for the club any other thing. However, as time goes by, I met many respectable people. Many seniors taught me kindly; moreover, I got many friends to dance together. I was attracted by the club and the people in the club soon, and it was as much nice as dancing. Now, I am a member of Nox-it completely, and I’m proud of it.

Computer is Attractive But...

I like to use computer, but sometimes I feel that I’m too attracted by it. Once I turn on the computer in my house, I will use it for at least two hours. Usually, I don’t have so many things to do on the computer for such a long time, but computer always makes me want to do something. For example, in addition to listening to music or doing homework by “Microsoft Word”, I visit cooking web site, movie’s web site, my favorite singer’s web site and so on.
There are a lot of things that appeal me on the Internet. Although they are interesting, I may lose time to do what I want to do best or even lose time to sleep because of them . I should be more careful not to controlled by computer.

My Favorite Blogs of My Classmates!

Today, I visited some my classmate’s blogs. I enjoyed them very much. Although there were many interesting blogs, I was especially attracted by two blogs. First, I liked Ryoko’s blog! She had very interesting stories on her blog. The story of mannequin was very interesting. However, I couldn’t see the story on the blog today; it was disappeared!! But I guess she will give us another interesting story soon. I really recommend you to visit her blog. Second, I liked Tatsuo’s blog. There were many cute pictures on his blog. When I saw these pictures, I was relaxed very much. From my classmate’s blogs, I could know their hidden character. Now, I want to talk with them about the story on their blog.

If I can, I will buy...

If I can buy my personal computer, I will buy PowerBook G4 1.5GHz 12 inxhes Super Drive. It is an Apple computer. Since Mr.Poza made a nice speech about the good points of Mac, I really want Mac computer now. It is has much useful tools than Windows. The size of computer is also important point for me. This computer’s size is 12 inches, so it is very smaller. It is also good for carrying it from room to room, or inside to outside. The CPC is PowerPC G4 GHz, and it is enough for me because I rarely do complex work on computer. Finally, the cost is 184,000 yen. It is not too expensive, so it is good for me.

My Odd presents

I like to give a present to someone. I like to see the smile on someone’s face when I give a present. Especially, I like to give presents to my mother. I want to give her special one because she takes care of me so much, and I gave her many presents up to now. However, come to think of it, I gave her many odd presents.
The ragged apron is one of the odd presents. When I was 9 years old, I decided to give handmade apron to my mother as a birthday present. I bought some clothes and felts, but after that, I realized that I didn’t know how to use the sewing machine at all. It was a big trouble, and I decided to sew by hand. However, it is too difficult to sew all the parts of apron by hand. Although I finished it barely, the workmanship was terrible. It was just clothes and felts that were shaped into an apron. My mother was still pleased when she saw my apron shaped clothes although it came apart when she used it first.
The ladle was another odd present. When I was 11 years old, I decided to buy Christmas present for my family. However, I didn’t have enough money to buy them; my monthly allowance was just 600 yen. Therefore, I choose to buy the presents at 100 yen shop. It was very good idea because I would be able to buy all four presents for my family. I went to it, and bought four presents: CD cover for my father, mini planter for my grandmother, pen case for my sister, and ladle for my mother. I also bought wrapping paper, and wrapped those presents. However, the ladle was very difficult to wrap because of the shape. When I finished to wrap it, the shape was so strange. My mother was surprised when I gave it, and laughed when she opened it. Come to think of it, no body will buy one ladle for a present. It was the oddest present that I gave her.
Even now, I give her odd presents. Just recently, I gave her vitamins. I can’t help buying when I found what my mother seems to like although most of them were odd thing. I just want to make her happy. Maybe I will continue giving her a present even if it is considered odd thing.

My Favorite Season, Autumn

Today, I felt cold when I woke up, and I felt an autumn flavor. I realized that I already could wear autumn clothes. Although I love summer, autumn is also my favorite season. It is because autumn gives me three good presents. The first present is comfortable cool weather. In summer, I felt very hot when I dance. My energy was exhausted too quickly. However, in autumn, the temperature is the best. I can even practice out side comfortably. I can keep my energy for a long time, and it is very nice. The second present is delicious food. In autumn, there are many delicious foods that I like very much. For example, pacific saury, chestnut, and pear are my favorite autumn foods. In my house, the dinner becomes richer than usual in autumn. Finally, autumn show me very beautiful colored leaves. There are a lot of trees in my school zone, so I’m looking forward to see the colored leaves of them. Moreover, the colored leaves of the trees in Rikugien, a large garden in Komagome, are very beautiful. I visit it every autumn with my mother. Colored leaves heal my heart every year, and I love it very much. In this way, autumn is a very good season. However, it seems to pass very quickly. I want to enjoy the wonderful season as much as I can from now.

Computer News!!

TUKA, a mobile phone company in Japan, produced simple phone about a half year ago and it became popular among seniors. The mobile phone was so simple that it didn’t have a screen and even instruction book. It was just like a common telephone. No other cell phone companies had produced such a simple cell phone. They focused on only making high technology cell phones. However, TUKA focused on seniors who couldn’t use cell phone because of the complexity although they wanted to use it. As a result, TUKA succeeded to attract a lot of older people. However, au, a large cell phone company in Japan, also started to sell simple cell phone today (Oct. 15, 05) It is also very simple like TUKA’s one. It seems there will be a battle for older customers between these two companies.

Unbelievable Computer

Now, I’m learning how to use computer, and I can do many things by using computer. A computer is familiar tool for me. However, come to think of it, I don’t know how to make a computer at all. Although many people can use it, few people can make it. For me, computer is sometimes just mysterious object. There is a desk on the screen and it can hold a lot of information in it. It can also send an e-mail. It is amazing!!! Unbelievable!!! Although I use it everyday without excitement, sometimes I can’t help wondering about the mechanism of computer. I have no idea about it. All I can do is just to be impressed by the technicians who made it.

My Trip to Kamikouchi

I traveled to Nagano in this weekend with my family. We walked in the mountain of Kamikouchi. There were many greeneries and it was very comfortable. I was refreshed so much. On the way, I encountered cute ducks, and flowers. I took a lot of picture of them. That night, we stayed at old, traditional Japanese hotel. The room was very large and beautiful. I could relax very much. There was a spa in the hotel, and it was also nice! In addition, we had a delicious dinner. I was so happy☆ On the return road, I decided the topic of my presentation of computer class. It was my memory of Kamikouchi!

Computer gifts

If I had a lot of money, and could give a computer gifts to my family, first I would buy ipod nano for my sister. Because she is a dancer, she always needs music. In my house, she often listens to music by deck loudly, and my mother and grandmother scold her. Although it is a good way to listen to music by CD Walkman to be silent, she doesn’t like to it because it is too big to dance with. However, Ipod nano is very small and thin, and she can dance with is easily. For this reason, I want to give her Ipod nano. Next, I would buy massage chair for my grandmother. Although she is very cheerful, recently, she often says that she is tired, so I want to buy high technology massage chair so that she can use it when she feels tired.

Momo

Who is the boss in your house? I guess the standard answer is the father or the grandfather. However, in the case of my house, the answer is Momo. She is a cat that my family keeps for about 8 years. I think she has a highest position in my house because of two reasons.
The first reason is that she wins against my sister. My sister is competitive and obstinate woman. She gets angry at small things and has a very good tongue. Before Momo came to my house, she was certainly the boss in my house. Even my father couldn’t control her at all. However, now, Momo can win against her. For example, when she scratched my sister’s arm, my sister said, “ Oh, you scratched me. You are very naughty cat.” However, she was smiling and didn’t seem angry at all. If I do same thing as Momo to my sister, I will have very hard time. Only Momo can win against my sister.
The second reason is that she has a lot of things in my house. For instance, she has four beds in my house; my father’s, mother’s, my sister’s and my bed are her belongings practically. She can go to any bed of these four when she want to sleep, and sometimes she sleeps more freely than us. In addition, she has her own massager, and the massager is my father. When she wants my father to massage her, she lie down in front of my father, and he obeys the order reluctantly.
Thus, Momo is a high-ranking cat in my house; my sister can’t get angry with her, and she has many beds and followers, but of course, she plays very important role in my house just like the president of company dose. She heals us and make us laugh and happy everyday. That is why she can be the boss of my house.

Today, I learned how to put picture on the slide in the computer class, and I found a very cute hamster on the internet. After the class, I put the picture on my blog, and here it is. It' very cute isn't it? (*＾▽＾*）

My own computer?

“What do you want as your 19th birthday present?” my mother asked me last May. Ｉ answered as a jest, “A computer!”. Now, I have my own computer! My parents really bought it as a 19th birthday present for me. When I opened the present, I was surprised very much. Although I couldn’t understand why they gave me such a big and expensive present, I was very happy to have my own computer. I thanked my parents so much. However, come to think of it, the computer isn’t mine at all. It is in the living room, and my family can use it whenever they want. Recently I noticed that my computer is not mine but my family’s in fact.
